According to data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) released in 2016, the total of the labor market in Indonesia which reached more than 160 million people, as many as 4% were millennial, to be exact about 62.5 million people. Basically, millennial generation was growing together with the advancement of technology and information. They get used to work fast, more practical and more efficient in work systems. That way, many things are easily learned quickly through digital platforms. The talents that they develop in millennial age are more exposed. They have more master over many fields at a young age.
